From Pike's Place Public Market in Seattle, Washington, host Matt Eastman asks unsuspecting passers by if they will drop everything and leave immediately on the fishing trip of a lifetime to Yakutat Alaska. They start their adventure on a 13 mile float down the Situk River and then continue their journey deep sea fishing for halibut and silver salmon.

The Go Fisch arrives in Los Suenos, Costa Rica. Brett and Chris go inshore for Roosterfish while Melissa and Carlos visit the nearby market in Jaco. Then the Crew gets in on an early morning snapper bite perfect for deep frying whole in the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster. After, the Crew jumps in Costa Rican waters for a freedive.

The crew of the Go Fisch settle in to Los Suenos Resort and Marina for a two-month stay. The free-diving is so hot that Captain Brett McBride and Melissa decide to jump in the water. Melissa shoots a red snapper while Brett spears a huge dogtooth snapper that Chef Carlos Cham later turns into a tasty pargo feast in in this week's Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster. The the guys meet up with longtime friend Captain Dave Shinn and join him in fishing the Los Suenos Signature Billfish Series.

The guys of the "Go Fisch" depart for Panama's legendary Hannibal Bank in search of giant black marlin. Little do they realize that they are about to encounter the bite of a lifetime! Captain Brett, Chris and Chef Carlos freedive for that day's food and find a few pargo that they later enjoy in this week's Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster. After the free-dive, Chris lands a 450lb black marlin, which is just the beginning of an epic fishing adventure!

The crew of the “Go Fisch” continue their adventures along Panama's legendary Hannibal Bank. Deckhand Raul and Chris get in on a double hook up on big marlin. Carlos goes for a freedive for an Amberjack that he prepares in this week's Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster. Then Chris hooks up on another marlin that could be the biggest of his career!

The crew of the “Go Fisch” continue their epic fishing journey on Panama's Hannibal Bank. Chris fights perhaps the largest black marlin of his career. The bite is still crazy, but the crew is in need of food so they decide to go for a free-dive. Then Chef Carlos Cham prepares schezchuan-style wahoo in the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster.

The guys are in the middle of one of the most outrageous black marlin fight of their lives. In this episode, Captain Brett hooks up on a 500lb blue marlin and Chris gets an incredible bite just before sunset. This bite is the beginning of a battle that lasts late into the night. Carlos Cham prepares blackened Amberjack in the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster.

After loading up on provisions, the crew departs from Cabo San Lucas and heads up into the Sea of Cortez to fish for striped marlin. Then, Captain Brett and Melissa search for clear water for the opportunity to freedive for pargo and grouper. Chef Carlos Cham steams up the freedive bounty – fresh grouper in the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster.

The Crew is happy to be in the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez again. Melissa battles a 300 lbs blue marlin and then the crew returns to the town of Agua Verde to visit their friends. Later, the gang goes clamming for the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster. After a tasty meal the crew hooks into an agua verde slam.

In the 100th Episode en route to Los Suenos, Costa Rica the Crew hook up on some prime time Guatemalan world-class sail fishing. Then a look back at the Crew's visit to a local market in Oaxaca, Mexico, internationally known for its culinary treasures.  After visiting the mountain town’s cheese and chocolate factories the crew leaves Huatulco Bay heading South across the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Then a special treat from Chef Carlos Cham when he prepares a tasty tuna sushi buffet in the Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster.

The Crew travels across the Gulf of Tehuantepec, where Chris hooks up on an acrobatic sailfish and Melissa battles a tough bull dorado. Then a look back at the Crew's visit to Oaxaca, Mexico, internationally known for its culinary treasures. Then Brett and Melissa go for a freedive that will leave you breathless. And to end this episode, Chef Carlos Cham shares his Mamma's Fish Tacos and his delicious salsa with the Crew in this week's Gourmet Galley presented by Red Lobster.

Trolling for billfish using only jigs the competitor with most billfish caught at lines in will be marked the winner.
